At School of PE, we are committed to providing high-quality educational materials to help you succeed in your professional engineering exams. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical study materials, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our student support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your physical textbooks or study guides in their original packaging, ensuring all materials are in new, unmarked condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship Materials

  Affix the provided RMA number to the outside of your package and ship the items back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
